Heybike Electric Dirt Bikes Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a Heybike electric dirt bike. If your order arrives with issues or you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures that your concerns are handled quickly and fairly.
1. Order Cancellation
The refund amount for a canceled order is subject to a handling fee based on the order's status. To cancel, contact sports@heybike.com as soon as possible after placing your order—ideally before order processing begins.

Fee/Deduction: 5% Handling Fee (deducted from the refund amount) -

US$180 Handling Fee (deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling costs)
2. Return and Exchange Eligibility
(1) Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
(2) Required Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original, brand-new condition.
- Free from dirt, dust, and odor.
- Returned with all original packaging and documentation. (We recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after receipt.)
(3) Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for:
- Any item that has been heavily used.
- Special orders, sale items, gift cards, or gift orders.
- Batteries (except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction covered under the warranty).
Important Note: Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
(1) Non-Quality Returns (Customer Responsibility)
If a return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than the goods being damaged or incorrect due to Heybike fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

- $100 per battery
- $30 per accessory
(2) Defective or Damaged Items (Heybike Responsibility)
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Heybike will cover the return or exchange shipping costs and provide a replacement or compensation. You must report damages or defects to Customer Service with photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the goods.
(3) Unauthorized Returns and Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may be applied to unauthorized returns (returns sent back without prior approval from Heybike).
- Return Procedure: If your return or exchange is approved, Heybike will provide the shipping label. Do not ship the item yourself before receiving the official shipping label.
4. Refund Processing
(1) Inspection: Once your return is received, Heybike will take 3–6 business days to inspect the item and process the solution.
(2) Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
(3) Refund: If approved, your refund (less any applicable fees) will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–15 business days (varies by bank) to receive your money back.
5. Exchanges
(1) Exchanges Before Shipment: Free replacement is offered for products of the same price. If you wish to change to a different bike model, you must cover the price difference.
(2) Exchanges After Shipment or Delivery within 14 Days: Exchanges are accepted if the bike is unused. Besides, the customer is responsible for the $180 return shipping cost and any price difference.
